Stellenbosch Scouts making history in their centenary year
The 1st Stellenbosch Scout Group is celebrating their Scout Groups Centenary! One hundred years of empowering children and youth to be the best they can be in the heart of the Cape Winelands.
On Saturday the 24th of September 2016- as part of their celebrations - they will be adding to the history of the town of Stellenbosch by building a structure out of poles and rope on the Braak, in the centre of Stellenbosch.
You are invited to be part of this historic event! On the day the 1st Stellenbosch Scout Troop will build the Brynbach Tower in the middle of Stellenbosch. This will be the first time that Scouts erect a construction project of this glorious stature in public view, on public grounds, in the middle of town.
